In reality, the opposite is true.
Strength is not about carrying everything alone. It is about having the awareness to recognise when something needs to change and the willingness to face it directly. That does not mean oversharing or losing control. It means being clear, honest, and prepared to confront what is actually going on. For many men, that is one of the hardest things to do.
